Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Our products are sourced from global suppliers to offer you unique, high-quality items at great prices. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 15-30 business days.
- Express Shipping: For select items and locations, express shipping is available with an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days. (Please note that express options may incur additional charges.)
Shipping Costs:
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package until it arrives.
International Shipping:
• We currently ship to worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary by location.
• Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receiving the package.
Shipping Restrictions:
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delays:
- Please be aware that shipping times can sometimes be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing delays, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to purchasing.
Missing or Lost Packages:
• If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@bambinovivo.com, and we will assist you.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
